FAQ: How can my firm be included in your database?

Our database is not an ‘opt-in’ database where any company that wants to be included will be. But you may request to be in our database by sending an email to email@customdatabanks.com.

We will send you a response which details the information we need about your firm. There are some up-front restrictions:

• We do not put any recruiter/search firm in our database that sells services to the job-hunter.
• All fees must be paid by the company that hires the search firm.

So the practical effect is that a firm may ask to be include in our database, but not all are included, especially if they do not meet the criteria above.

Our databases are meticulously researched collections of information about the firms we follow. We update our databases continuously as new data become available from our telephone research or from bounces sent to us by users. We update our website with new data weekly.
