FAQ: Why do some of the emails bounce?

 
We make every effort to keep our database as accurate and up-to-date as possible, but sometimes emails bounce because the contact has changed his/her email address or has changed firms.

Sometimes even correct email addresses may bounce because the receiving email system rejects emails sent by a bulk email program or the receiving email system has an overly rigid spam blocking program which marks your message as spam.

Since we update our database continuously and upload new data at least weekly, you can help us keep our data current by forwarding your bounced email messages to bounce@customdatabanks.com so that we may check the email and correct it, if necessary.
